राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) ने पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया (PFI) और उससे जुड़े ठिकानों पर देशभर में छापेमारी की है। यह छापेमारी टेरर फंडिंग कैंप चलाने के मामले में एनआईए द्वारा की गई है। ज्ञात हो, बीते कुछ दिनों में एनआईए ने इस मामले में करीब एक दर्जन से अधिक केस दर्ज किए हैं जिसमें PFI का लिंक मिला है। एनआईए ने केरल में सोशल डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (SDPI) और पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया से संबंधित स्थानों पर छापेमारी की है। बताया जा रहा है कि अब तक की सबसे बड़ी जांच प्रक्रिया में NIA और केंद्रीय एजेंसियां केरल में लगभग 50 स्थानों पर छापेमारी कर रही है।
NIA की ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी जारी
इस क्रम में गुरुवार सुबह की गई कार्रवाई में एनआईए ने PFI से जुड़े कई लोगों को हिरासत में लिया है। इससे पहले बिहार और तेलंगाना में एनआईए ने छापेमारी की थी। ये छापेमारी भी इसी मामले को लेकर हुई थीं। वहीं बताया यह भी जा रहा है कि इस छापेमारी का दायरा आगे और बढ़ सकता है।
10 राज्यों में PFI के ठिकानों पर छापा
एनआईए की कार्रवाई केरल, कर्नाटक, राजस्थान और तमिलनाडु सहित 10 राज्यों में चल रही है। यही नहीं आंध्र प्रदेश, तेलंगाना, दिल्ली, यूपी, एमपी और महाराष्ट्र से भी पीएफआई से जुड़े वर्कर को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। उधर, असम से भी कुछ लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया है।
NIA के साथ छापेमारी में ED की भी टीम
बता दें एनआईए की इस छापेमारी में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की भी एक टीम मौजूद है और जांच एजेंसियों के रडार पर पीएफआई के तमाम बड़े अधिकारी शामिल है। इस प्रकार एनआईए पीएफआई के खिलाफ अब तक की सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाई कर रही है। दरअसल, इस छापेमारी को लेकर ईडी ने एक पूरा डोजियर तैयार किया था। इसके तहत ईडी ने यह जानकारी हासिल की थी कि आखिर किस तरह से PFI तक विदेश से पैसा पहुंच रहा है। इसकी एक सूची ईडी ने तैयार की और जब ये पूरा डोजियर तैयार हो गया तो उसको NIA के साथ साझा किया। उसके बाद ही पूरे देश में राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी ने ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी अभियान शुरू किया। इसी के तहत एनआईए ने दिल्ली के अंदर शाहीनबाग और गाजीपुर के इलाके में भी छापेमारी की है।
NIA की इससे पहले की बड़ी कार्रवाई
उल्लेखनीय है कि इससे पहले 18 सितंबर को भी एनआईए ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की थी और 23 जगहों पर छापेमारी को अंजाम दिया था। उस दौरान जांच एजेंसी के समक्ष यह बात निकलकर सामने आई थी कि PFI टेरर फंडिंग के लिए लगातार काम कर रहा है और वह कराटे प्रशिक्षण केंद्र चलाकर वहां आतंकवादी गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने में जुटा है।
आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लगातार कार्रवाई करती रही है NIA
गौरतलब हो, इससे पहले भी एनआईए देश में आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लगातार कार्रवाई करती रही है व देश में टेटर फंडिंग पर नकेल कसने में आगे रही है। वहीं नार्को टेरर पर भी आतंकवादियों को जिस तरह से नशे का पैसा पहुंचता था, एनआई ने उस पर भी लगाम लगाने का अहम कार्य किया है। इसके साथ-साथ आतंकवादियों और गैंगस्टर्स के बीच जो संगठन आगे बढ़ रहा था उसको भी तोड़ने में NIA कामयाब रही है और अब राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी PFI से जुड़े उन ट्रेनिंग कैंपों पर कार्रवाई कर रही है जो आंतकवादी गतिविधियों को फैलाने का काम कर रहे थे।
टेरर फंडिंग के मॉड्यूल को तोड़ने में NIA कारगर
याद हो, NIA ने जम्मू कश्मीर के अंदर टेरर फंडिंग के उस मॉड्यूल को तोड़ा था जो अलगाववादियों तक पैसा पहुंचाता था। उस दौरान बड़े पैमाने पर अलगाववादियों को गिरफ्तार भी किया गया था और साथ ही साथ कई आंतकवादी संगठनों पर शिकंजा भी कसा गया था। एनआईए ने इसी के साथ यह भी बताया था कि किस तरह से टेरर फंडिंग का पैसा पाकिस्तान में बैठे आतंकवादी संगठनों से घाटी के अलगाववादियों तक पहुंच रहा था। कुछ उसी तरह का इनपुट राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी को मिला था कि PFI देशभर में गड़बड़ियां फैलाने के लिए जो अपने कैंप चला रहा है, वहां युवाओं को भड़काने का काम करता था। इसके लिए जगह-जगह पर कराटे कैंप के आयोजन की आड़ में वहां पहुंचने वाले युवाओं को देश विरोधी गतिविधियों में लगाया जाता था और उनको भड़काया जाता था। इसके जरिए PFI देश में साम्प्रदायिक सद्भावना को बिगाड़ने की कोशिश इन कैंपों के जरिए करता था। इस तरह के तमाम सबूत NIA के हाथ लगे थे जिसके बाद ED के साथ मिलकर यह छापेमारी की गई।
